Hi guys, hi mamas, mommies, nanays and jnays, how are you all doing? Hope you’re doing well as you read this.
I find it hard to update my blogs now. I transferred kasi another team. So now that I am in the bus – it’s my time again to update. Hindi na naman ako matutulog nyan. Okay lang because I really wanted to post something today. It’s already July 13.
I make share about our kids since this blog is dedicated to my kids.
Do you know that I already started feeding my little one with formula milk? ☹️ Yeah… Because I see that I am not producing enough anymore. I still breastfeed him and continue expressing milk when at work. So no worries. Dati I had 3 sessions every day in the office, but now I reduce it into two – kasi sayang ang orase, output is the same. I can only have 12oz na iuwi.
And it depleted again. Ngayon I have mga 9oz lang. I pumped at 3pm and 930pm. Nag iwan ako sa bahay ng 4 bottles of 4oz each.
Lo is also fed with am – yung prang sabaw ng nilutong kanin. His pedia kasi told us that he’s underweight. We need to increase his solid intake. So to help, nagpagiling kami ng bigas and we make it as am. We see some improvement naman.
He cannot walk straight yet. We still guide him. Pero grabe na kalikot. And kabibo…
Ask me what the formula we choose? It’s Enfagrow A+, the same milk nung time ni Ate Jhaydii.
And oh. Speaking of ate… Pedia also told us that she needs to increase her weight. She was 16kilos kasi early June. She advised to give her milk again, and recommended Pediasure. So ayun, she’s been drinking it 2 to 3 times a day. And yesterday when she and Daddy Jay went to Pandayan Bookshop, meron kasi dun weighing scale, and so daddy happily told me that she’s almost 40Lbs which is 18kl! Ang saya! And pricey! Ng formula milk. 😞
So this is it for now guys..
A bit late 😃 posting an Easter Sunday on a Friday. Well, post ako while inside the lrt para di ako makatulog at mahulog hulog ang head right left and in front – dyahe sa katabi haha 😂
Okay – Happy Easter everyone! What went with us last Sunday?
We went to church and because it was late na for us to go to Sta. Monica Parish church, we just attended the mass offered at Robinsons Starmills Pampanga. We were there at about 930am. The mall opened at 10am and the mass starter at 1030am.
Jhaydii was happy and excited because she was expecting there’s Easter egg hunt 👍And she was so kulit kept on asking us about it.
Ah let me happily share you that during the offering, before offers were offered, Jhaydii was chosen to offer the candle to Father. We thought she wouldn’t do it- but she did! Walked down the aisle and handed the candle to the presiding priest. I told my husband Jay to take a picture of her sayang ang moment pero he didn’t do 🙁 Oo nga naman we were at the mass.
Times like these – I remember when I and Jay attended a mass at Lucban – Kamay ni Hesus, when we were lined up to accept ostiya- both of us were chosen to bring the wine and bread. Ang saya lang na mapili out of many attendees. Kaya natuwa ako mg napili si Jhaydii. Kasi I feel we’re super blessed 😇
Back to Easter. Natapos ang mass and there was no hunt happened. Kaya ang Jhaydii, hindi mapinta ang mukha. Super sad that there’s no egg to hunt. Ang tagal bumalik ng mood, even when we’re about to eat she was still not in the mood. Kailangan talaga kausapin ng maayos para umaayos ang matampuhin naming eldest.
How did she know ba about it? Blame the videos she’s watching at you tube. Dun nya kasi nalaman yun.
And so she could experience it, for the first time, I am thinking to do ot this coming Sunday. I will buy eggs and we do egg hunting.
How bout Kiehl? As usual our 10 month old little one did nothing but kawag kawag, drink milk from me and sleep. I was ready, I was wearing an Elin nursing dress so I can breastfeed him at public. Success! No hustle, no worries, he ate comfortably.
The Lord has risen… All the time.. And we’re all blessed to have given a life we can enjoy with our loved ones. Thank you Lord for everything. We 😘 love you!
And it’s Kiehl’s first time and ate Jhaydii’s 3rd or 4th time.
On Maundy Thursday, we had our Visita Iglesia, went to 7 churches just around Mexico, Sto Domingo and Arayat Pampanga. We started at almost 8PM and finished about 11PM.
I was just able to enter two churches, as our little Kiehl fell asleep on our 3rd and last destination.
Here are few photos I’ve taken. Of course I prayed, not only took pictures 🙂 but also prayed….
And thank God, ate Jhaydii was able complete getting inside the 7 churches, she didn’t fall asleep. She told me that Sto. Domingo Parish church was the prettiest because of the revolving Earth. It was the first church we visited, it’s also where she was baptized on March 23, 2013 😉As we visited those churches, inside designs or layout were accompanied by solemn music with not much beat thang, check it out at MusiciansFriend.com, to keep the night holy.
Looking forward for next next year’s Holy Week to spend with these kids. And by then, they would know how to pray 🙂
God bless us all…
*** Product Review***
Being a mother is a difficult job, especially when you are a first-time mom and not sure what products to use for your new born baby.
Lahat ng payo nyan ng mga experts will be followed, so as not to compromise everything for our baby. My mother also helps me take care of my daughter. But her time and my time was different na. Ang dami na ng nagbago, kaya naman I opt to listen to my babies’ pediatrician and use only what’s best for them.
We mothers are very OC when it comes to caring for our baby’s skin and hair. It’s very delicate that is why we need to choose the correct product. Babies’ products are pricey compare to adults’ – which is normal because those products have to give justice according to what their price is 😉 right?
If a mother fails to choose the right product, kawawa si baby. Skin irritation, rashes, redness, dandruff are few of the many skin and hair problems a very young baby would experience. Ayaw natin yun di ba? It’s very stressful not only for a mother but also sa kawawang babies 🙁 Buti na lang we didn’t experience it. I only want what’s best for my babies (paulit ulit yan mga mommies haha).
I am very lucky I got a chance to try baby’s products, in time for our 7 month old baby Kiehl, the Enfant products – organic shampoo, body wash and lotion specifically. And wow they’re on sale! Less 20% off from its original price of Php500.00!
It was our first time to use the Enfant organic products last weekend, first tried it to baby Kiehl. I wasn’t afraid to try them on because I know Enfant – it’s a very well known and trusted brand that helps protect the babies, with high quality baby products and are delicately made with pure love and tender care to bring satisfaction, happiness, good health and safety to our babies. I purchased some clothes from them kahit na medyo pricey because it’s all worth it.
And as I was using it, I was in awe how the baby shampoo and baby wash smell – really really good! Ambango! And baby Kiehl’s skin was so smooth after I used the baby bath on him.
A little something about the body wash
Enfant organic moisture body wash contains oat and olive oil which gently cleanses and nourishes baby’s skin. Combined with Ecocert Certified Organic Chamomile & Organic Argan Oil – these natural ingredients are rich in essential fatty acids which help moisture protect baby’s skin. It’s also rich in vanilla milk to make skin look brighter and feel healthier. The pH balance formula is ideal for baby’s sensitive skin.
I tried it to my 4 year old daughter as well – and from it, I saw how the shampoo works, her hair was so smooth, ang dulas agad and really smells so good!
A little something about the shampoo
Enfant organic moisture shampoo contains ecocert certified organic shea butter and sweet almond oil that gently cleanses and softens hair. Kaya naman pala ganun agad effect with Jhaydii’s hair for the first time use ;). The moisture rich emollients combined makes baby’s delicate hair silky smooth, soft, and easy to manage. The organic pH formula not only benefits baby’s hair, but also helps maintain a healthy scalp.
The next we tried on was the Enfant Double Moisture Lotion- and yey as well because it’s so smooth on my babies’s skin as well and hindi ko mapigilan i-utter the word “BANGO” while I was using it.. Kasi totoo naman talaga.
A little something about the lotion
Enfant organic double moisture lotion contains also the ecocert certified organic chamomile and organic argan oil – natural ingredients that are rich in essential fatty acid, vitamin E and rice bran oil to soothe baby’s dry skin. Tamang tama kasi Kiehl is having a dry skin nowadays because of the weather. This naturally non-greasy formula absorbs quickly leaving baby’s skin smooth and hydrated for a longer period.
Enfant is taking a big step forward with “Enfant Organic” and is now aiming to cherish and nurture the baby under these 3 important qualities:
I assure you mommies – there’s no harm when you use Enfant products. We want our babies to have glowing, healthier and smoother skin and hair? Then invest on something that will make these traits happen. Go with Enfant!
Kung kelan bininyagan – saka naman hindi kami makagala hahaha…
Kiehl was baptized last July 31, 2016. Before his baptism, we were already bringing him sa mga malls and not so distant kainan. But right after his baptism, parang hindi na kami nakagala. Blame the rainy days….
And his first official gala na binyag na was last August 28, 2016 at Robinsons Mills Pampanga. Dahil namiss na ni JD ang Kidzoona kaya naman isa yun sa aming pinasyalan at pinasaya ang aming first born. So Kiehl was with me inside the playhouse/ground, akala ko kasi pwede gamitin ang stroller while inside para hindi ako mangawit, I was wrong, so I am cuddling Kiehl the whole 1 1/2 hours. Pero keri lang mga mama kasi he was sleeping din naman.
Here’s Kiehl at Kidzoona kakagising lang. Two and half months sya dito
And here’s ate…
And another milestone with our son which is on track – smiling at 2 months 😀 🙂 He is now responding to our talks.
And our 4 year old ate naman is doing good in school. Hopefully okay mga grades nya, we’ll know it this Saturday, September 10 (excited!).
What I love with these siblings is that, JD acts really as the eldest, as an ate. I can leave Kiehl with her sabihin ko lang na bantayan nya baby brother nya and just call me when he cries. Which she always did. Dahil siguro old enough na sya na nasundan kaya there is no single jealousy seen from her kaya nakakatuwa lalo 🙂 <3<3<3
We love these two so much! Our life!
When JD turns 4 – there are lots of things she doesn’t like now. Like;
When I wore her the romper:
JD: Ma, I don’t like that!
Me: Why don’t you like it?
JD: Because it’s ugly :'(
Me: No it’s not ugly, it looks good on you.
JD: No it’s ugly….
But I won, I still let her wore it kasi bagay naman talaga sa kanya kahit na nag iyak sya before she wore it.
When I tie her hair in donut:
JD: Ma, I don’t like donut, it’s ugly.
Me: No it’s bagay on you.
JD: I don’t like
She won this time, kasi kinakapa nya hair nya and make sure it’s not in donut tie. 😀
Because my hair is thick and long, and I can’t make a donut bun myself, I thought of trying it with JD’s hair. And yey, I did it!
The donut bun used a sock, cut the toe portion to make 2 holes and roll it over to make a circle to insert JD’s hair. Try it!
